We provide remote/onsite support for all IT/IM day to day requirements as they arise, but work predominantly on a pro-active service model with minimum interruption to workflow. Almost all our work is performed using remote technologies, not only allowing for rapid, almost instantaneous response times, but also removing restrictions of distance. Patient care / business issues take absolute priority and are acted upon immediately.
